Internal temperatures of food must reach at least 165 degrees to kill bacteria and make the food safe to eat. The food danger zone is between 41 degrees and 140 degrees. In-between these temperatures bacteria can thrive and grow. To avoid food-borne illness never let food stay in the zone more than an hour. Blaze canned fuel helps you keep your hot food hot, reaching the boiling point (212 degrees) faster than any other chafing fuel.
